Carolyn's Busy Beads
My hobby is making bead earrings, necklaces and bracelets from
semi-precious stones, crystal, glass, and lamp work beads with either
sterling silver or 14KT gold filled components.
I have been designing jewelry since 1999 or before. I have taken numerous classes on the various techniques. In the beginning I made jewelry just for myself and then for friends. There is a great deal of enjoyment in making something beautiful for someone. I have been selling on Ebay since 2003 with a 100% rating. I have always loved beads, as a teenager it was the hippie era with flower power and love beads. I can remember making a necklace out of acorns. Now I use a lot better materials for my necklaces. They are much prettier and more durable.
My greatest love is of long sparkling earrings. My husband calls them fishing lures, lures for men. The sparkle and beauty they add to your face is the best part. You can never have too many earrings! The colors and design possibilities are endless.
